All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition nature of our releases and our commitment to exclusivity and quality, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason except the problem is from us (ex : wrong size/colour in order by us)

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color or style preferences

  • Delays in shipping caused by external factors (e.g., customs, couriers)

  • Orders placed with incorrect information (e.g., address, contact number)

Please make sure to double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before checking out.

Manufacturing Issues

If you receive an item that is misprinted, defective, or damaged due to production issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Kindly provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Your order number

  • Unboxing video from the package arrived (as proof of the initial condition)

Once verified, we will handle the issue accordingly.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

  • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or those returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses.

  • Reshipping costs will be fully borne by the customer.

Pre-order Products

All pre-order purchases are final and made-to-order. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be made once the order is placed.
