RETURN POLICY

At Our Laplace Wear, we strive to provide you with the finest in anime-inspired fashion. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. To ensure you have a seamless experience when it comes to returns, please read our Return Policy carefully.

Timely Claims:

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after you receive the product. For packages that are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, don’t forget to send us the unboxing from the beginning product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used & self mistake are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Flash Sale Discounted Items:

Merchandise purchased at a flash sale discount or on sale cannot be returned.

Reasons for Returns:

Wrong Address: If you provide an insufficient address, causing the shipment to be returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Received a Damaged Item: Please send pictures for verification.

Received a Missing or Wrong Item: Please send pictures for verification.

Sizing Issue: If the sizing doesn’t fit, and the clothing is in perfect condition, please get in touch with us at hello@laplacewear.com for assistance. Note: Returns for ordering the wrong size due to personal preference cannot be processed.

Unclaimed Shipments:

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will result in you being liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

European Consumer Notice:

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Refunds:

Refunds are applicable for the following reasons:

    • Received the wrong item(s): Please send pictures with unboxing videos for verification.

    • Received a damaged item(s): Please send pictures with unboxing videos for verification.

    • Received an incomplete order or did not receive your order at all.

    • Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

    • Orders that have already started their fulfillment process cannot be refunded or changed.

    • Orders that cannot be received by the customer due to unpaid import fees cannot be refunded or reshipped.

    • Selecting the wrong clothing size is not a valid reason for refund, exchange, or reshipment.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
